Discovery Of The Electron - Mass Of Oil Droplets

Is the mass of the droplet worked out by just using:

m = (4/3)pi * r^3 * Density

Or does velocity have anything to do with it?

This is usually what the questions want you to do. You usually have to find radius first before you can use the equation for mass. The equation to find radius has velocity in it.
